A beautiful day for Tim and his daughter Katie. We went tuna fishing and found plenty of Blackfins but we had to battle the ferocious False Albacores to catch a few. Katie also caught a big Bull shark. Thanks for fishing with us guys we enjoyed having you on board!

Saturday, November 1, 2014

Brown Brothers had several boats booked today and had good live bait Black-fin Tuna and King Mackerel fishing. Although we did not catch the biggest or most I'm pretty sure our crew had the best time. Thanks Alex, hope to see you all again.

Saturday, October 11, 2014

Congratulations Jonathon and Kelly. We delivered them to their reception today.  Something else we can do besides fish!

Friday, October 3, 2014

Mr. Murphy got his 3 sons, grandson and mutual friend Jack together for a trip offshore. They worked hard in the scattered grass with the bailing rods to catch a few Dolphins. Really nice cool, calm day to fish. Wish the catching was better but that's fishing! Thanks Terry and Jack.

Saturday, September 27, 2014

Not quite as rough today but close enough. Our crew decided to go for it and were rewarded with a little better fishing. They caught a good mess of Dolphins out of a couple schools, a weehoo, and a fat albert.  Ready for better weather! Thanks Damon and crew.

Thursday, September 25, 2014

Good friends Lee and crew on board today. Excellent marlin fishing on the Southern end of the fleet. Cory caught a White Marlin and Lee caught a Sailfish out of the 6 we saw.  Blue Marlin pulled a Crazy Ivan maneuver and got away from us. Oh so close! Ended the day with a few Dolphin and Bucky caught a nice Wahoo around a float. Dinner and a movie day. Thanks Guys!

Wednesday, September 17, 2014

Despite miserable weather conditions Darrell and Beth hung in there and caught a couple of Wahoos and a few Dolphin. I wish everyone had their attitude about fishing. Enjoy your fish and the rest of your vacation. Thanks guys!

Thursday, September 11, 2014

Mike, Terry and crew had a beautiful day to fish. We set out looking for the Wahoos but I think the full moon slowed them down. We bailed a bunch of small Dolphin and caught 1 of 2 Wahoo bites this afternoon. Good day, thanks for fishing with us fellas.

Wednesday, September 10, 2014

Between the full moon and the terrible scattered grass the Wahoo fishing was a little slower for us today.  Danny and crew caught a couple and we pulled off a couple.  Nice and cool fall breeze out there, pretty day to fish. Thanks guys!

Thursday, September 4, 2014

A strong Gulf Stream current slowed the Wahoo fishing a bit today. We managed to hold on to a few of our bites. Really pretty out there and enjoyed the day Lundy,Thanks!

Sunday, August 31, 2014

Excellent Wahoo fishing for the fleet today. We had a lot of hits and misses but Joe and family ended up with a good catch of Hoos and a couple of Blackfin Tuna. We have days available for this exciting fishery so give us a call to plan your trip. Thanks for the day and dinner Joe, grilling some now!

Monday, August 18, 2014

We had an early morning walk on charter today. Even though we got a late start we caught a couple wahoos on the way out and the guys caught a good mess of Dolphins after fishing behind a lot of boats.  Really pretty out there and just barely beat this lightning squall home. Thanks fellas!

Saturday, August 16, 2014

Had high hopes after yesterday but the Dolphins were not as plentiful today. We bailed about 20 around some patches of grass. Highlight was our young anglers' double-header Sailfish releases.  Great job Colin and Chris!  Really pretty day with a great crew. Thanks Chris.

Friday, August 15, 2014

Beautiful slick calm day for Kym and crew.  The Dolphin fishing was great.  We caught a limit of Dolphins, 2 Wahoos and Brian released a Sailfish on light tackle that put on a great show.  Good fishing right now and we have days available.  Give us a call and hook yourself up!

Thursday, August 14, 2014

Jim and his young men picked a beautiful day to fish.  It was a little scrappy for us. We had a few Wahoo bites first thing before we finally hung one. Went into the grass with the bailing rods and caught a mess of small Dolphins. Finished up with a large AJ and a couple False Albacore.  Enough for a few dinners guys, thanks for chartering us.

Wednesday, August 13, 2014

The Sorour family came up from Ocracoke to fish with us today. We caught a couple of Wahoos while fishing out to some grass patches where they caught some Dolphins. They had to work for them with the bailing rods but everyone did well. We caught a last minute Wahoo on the last bait in the water when it was time to come home. Thanks guys, good day!

Friday, August 8, 2014

Still kind of scrappy fishing for the fleet today. Most of the guys had a Wahoo bite or two but we could not buy one. Got lucky and found a float. Steve, Rhonda and crew did well with the few Dolphins that where there. Cool day, breezy NE wind. Thank you Rocking Rhonda and Steve! Hope to see you again.

Thursday, August 7, 2014

After setting out and hearing of not many bites we decided to go deep and look around. Just when I was ready to turn around we found a big piece of bamboo that was holding some Dolphins. We threw Larry and his crew into the fire and after getting the hang of things they ended up with a great catch. Pretty day with a great bunch of people. Thank you, I'd rather be lucky than good any day Larry!

Wednesday, August 6, 2014

Matt and crew caught a good mess of Dolphins and a couple of Wahoos today. I was concerned about the post Bertha swell but it was beautiful out there. It's a good thing they brought Hannah and Leah along.  They did great! Good seeing you all again, thanks from Tommy and I.

Friday, August 1, 2014

Very scrappy again today. Scattered grass and a rainy Southeaster did not help.  Robin caught a Wahoo and Ryan caught a Dolphin and Sailfish. Thanks guys, enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Tuesday, July 29, 2014

Mike and family had some very scrappy fishing today. It was slow for the whole fleet with the exception of a few Marlins. We worked all day and came up with a few Dolphins and a Wahoo for a super nice charter.  Raised a Blue Marlin that wouldn't eat. Thanks for your patience guys. Tomorrow is another day and it can only get better!

Friday, July 25, 2014

Steve and the boys bailed a few Dolphins and caught a Wahoo first thing this morning and the catching went downhill after that. Pretty day to be fishing even though it was very scrappy. Thanks fellas, enjoy the few that we caught!

Tuesday, July 22, 2014

Just Rory and Lynnette on board today. We caught a nice Wahoo right out of the gate so I decided to try and target them for a while. Rory caught a good gaffer Dolphin and then we went 0 for 5 on the rest of our Wahoo bites. We also raised a Sailfish. Weather man was wrong again but at least the rainy, overcast Southeast breeze kept us cool. Thanks guys!

Monday, July 21, 2014

Rob and Woody brought the boys out today for some Father-Son fishing time. We bailed Dolphins until we heard of a marlin bite just South of us and decided to try our luck at that. Had 3 Marlin bites that did not stay connected. Overcast, cool, and calm out there. Thanks fellas, always nice catching up with old friends! We'll get 'em next time.

Sunday, July 20, 2014

Russ and the boys ended up with a decent catch of Dolphins and a couple of Wahoos. They had to work for them in the scattered grass. Beautiful day for fishing though. Thanks for staying the extra day and enjoy your fish fellas. You all earned them!

Thursday, July 17, 2014

Dolphin fishing was a little scrappy for Scott and crew today.  Loads of grass with not many fish in it. We caught enough for a few dinners. Highlight of the day was Josh's Blue Marlin release.  Boats to the South of us had some good Wahoo fishing, time to get the wire out!  Nice cool NE breeze out there. Thanks guys.

Saturday, July 12, 2014

After dodging waterspouts and heavy lightning all morning, we ended up in an area with not many fish. The guys worked hard to catch a few bailer Dolphins. One of those days I guess. Thanks Randy and crew.

Friday, July 11, 2014

Great dolphin fishing for our charter today. They caught their limit in one stop out of a big school.  They did really well with the bailing rods.  A few Marlins around also, we had a shot at a Sailfish but he had other plans.  Calm and cool out there.  Thanks again guys, great having you all on board.

Wednesday, July 2, 2014

Bill and Kathy took the kids fishing today. Caden and Chasz did some excellent work on a couple schools of bailer Dolphin. Great job guys! Couple days off for Hurricane Arthur, everyone stay safe.

Tuesday, July 1, 2014

The Critzer clan had a beautiful slick calm day. They practiced bailing Dolphins on a small school first and when we found the big school they were ready for 'em.  Mr. Will caught a citation 36lber shortly after that. No marlin love for us today but they are still around. Great job guys, Thanks!

Friday, June 27, 2014

We bailed a few Dolphins first thing this morning and had a couple gaffer bites fishing out. Todays Marlin bite came unglued but Wesley made up for it with a citation 48lb. Wahoo. Pretty most of the day, a little wet for the ride home. Good day, thanks Ellis family!

Saturday, June 21, 2014

We set out just looking for big bites today but Mark and the guys could not resist the opportunity to bail some Dolphins. We caught our limit of them and Marlin fished the rest of the day. We were around some Marlin activity but no love for us. A lot prettier out there than I expected, Thanks for coming down guys!

Friday, June 20, 2014

We found a school of big Red Drum to start our afternoon half-day. They were picky but Tommy finally tricked one. Caught Spanish Mackerel here and there the rest of the trip. Really pretty day with a fun group. Thanks guys!

Tuesday, June 17, 2014

Everyone got to catch a big gaffer Dolphin and Matt the Butcher caught and released a 400lb. class Blue Marlin today. Great job guys, pleasure having you all on board.

Monday, June 16, 2014

Eddy Barker and his family caught all the Dolphins they cared to keep and gave us a couple extra hours off this afternoon. The fishing was kind of scrappy,we were lucky. Pretty day with a great charter. Thanks guys and gals!

Sunday, June 15, 2014

Ben,Tom,and Joe caught a limit of Dolphin today.  It took a while but we finally found the right school. Good job guys and enjoy your Mahi!

Monday, June 9, 2014

We started out the day bailing some Dolphins around a float, then went to the deep where we picked at the gaffers until a Blue Marlin showed up. She followed us around until she finally figured out what to eat. Awesome shortrigger bite but she came unglued after jumping through the spread and got tangled in another line. Great to see one again anyway. Caught a few more dolphins on the way in. Great day and great crew, Thanks Dave, Joanne, and friends!

Sunday, June 8, 2014

A few gaffers and bailer Dolphin for our crowd today.  Beautiful and slick calm.  Very good showing of Marlins South of us but we had a loose nut on the steering wheel.

Saturday, June 7, 2014

Not many fish or bites in the body of water we fished today.  Pretty day to look though.  The bright side is the Gulf Stream is ever changing and tomorrow is another day!

Friday, June 6, 2014

We caught the bailer size Dolphin here and there today. At the end of the day we ended up with a decent catch of them and a few Blackfin Tunas as well. Thanks Bubba and crew!

Monday, June 2, 2014

Tony and Pam brought the kids out today. We set out in search of Gaffer Dolphins and were not disappointed. Pretty steady pick at them where we fished. Ended up with a great day with a great family. The Marlin fishing is good and Dolphin fishing is still strong. Come on!

Saturday, May 31, 2014

Ricky and crew caught dinner and a show today. We started out with a few gaffers then switched to the Blackfin Tuna gear and that went well for a while. Went to the deep where Ricky released a feisty White Marlin and finished up the day with a late Gaffer Dolphin rally. Really great bunch of guys, we were glad to have you all on board!

Friday, May 30, 2014

A few Dolphins and some Blackfin Tunas for our make-up charter today. Thanks to Hatteras Harbor for getting them together.  Good sign of Marlins South of us.  Summertime fishing is heating up so give us a call to plan your day!

Thursday, May 29, 2014

Windy day with scrappy fishing. We put together a little pile of meat for Mr. Jim and crew.  Thanks guys and enjoy the Mahi.

Monday, May 26, 2014

We went after dinner and a movie today.  We caught a little for dinner but no movie.  The marlins did not bite as well today as yesterday.  Still a good time with a great crew.

Sunday, May 25, 2014

Not much meat in the water we fished today.  Went to the bottom and caught a few tilefish and a Snowy Grouper.  Highlight was a double header Sailfish that our anglers did excellent work on.  Beautiful weather out there today, hope it continues. Thanks guys and thank you Veterans!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend

We decided to brave a windy Nor'easter this morning.  It was rough and choppy but the guys were rewarded with a nice catch of gaffers. We turned a soldier into a sailor today.  Thanks for your service Marcel.

Tuesday, May 20, 2014

A bite here and there for our make-up charter today. We ended up with a decent catch of gaffer Dolphin on a pretty day. Thanks guys!
